Euphoria - Stages of happiness

Happiness is the only thing which is mostly sought after in any ones life. Be it a beggar on the road side or a richest man on this earth.Yes some people believe that happiness can be bought by money, it may be true for those who believe it as it depends on what type of happiness they are looking for.Let us not comment on that.So what happiness a common person looking for in his life? Or else put it in better way what happiness a person should look for in his life. Most importantly what is that motivates anyone in this world to live and dream better tomorrow. Yes it is the happyness. So new question arises in mind whether happiness is a destination? No happiness is not destination it is a pathway. So how that happiness comes in journey of ones life. I heard these below mentioned line from one of the Kannada movie.Where a character in the movie depict the different phases of one's personal life. He says "First in our life we believe that I am happy World is sad, next we reach a state I am sad; world is happy."So to get back the happiness one must realize the reason to loose the happiness. That will make him to feel I am happy World is also happy.

All of us definitely go through these phases in one or other stages of our life.Let us see those.

I am Happy; World is Sad
Yes if we consider our childhood days we with innocent mind set think only about better part of life. We find happiness in each and every thing of life though it look trivial now,I feel all that because of our innocent mind set.Even if we don't realize at that moment that We are happy but later in the second phase we will definitely feel that, that time (childhood day's) "I was Happy; World was Sad"

I am Sad; World is happy
Later when we grow up our mind set will change. We run after the things that we desire and we Loose happyness. It is something like when happiness was in our feet we dare to drop it, and then we chase for the search of un lost happiness. We definitely feel now I am sad World is happy. This is the stage which is difficult to come out unless we realize the reason to loose happiness.

I am Happy; World is also happy
Always this question arises during our second phase of life. Why I should be happy?
In fact if we see this world with open mind there is a reason to be happy in life for no reason. Because there is no reason to be sad. If we realize that in our childhood days there was something which tied happiness closely with us then one must think why we lost it. The reason it self will help you to fine the happiness that we lost.

Yes may be above mentioned sentence may not clear many thing but I definitely feel that it will help one to find the lost happiness. Only thing is that we must know we were happy at one point of time in our life before for no reason. So we can be happy now also for no reason in our journey of life.

Fountain head

This is one of the books which I liked and loved most, in fact next to geeta (I mean Bhagavat geeta).Author Ayn Rand had beautifully sculptured the main character Howard Roark (Hero). His dedication and love towards his profession is awesome. Through this novel Ayn sends a message which is blending of philosophy and objectivism. Though narration of each character run over many pages, once you involve yourself in the story you will enjoy it. The novel focus on the message through each of the characters not limiting it to just hero character. Story is about a young architect who fights against all the odds that are thrown by some of the stalwarts of the society against him. His indifference towards insult during early stage of his career and mild acceptance of name and fame after getting recognition for his work is an "ideal" one. His strive for reaching perfection through out the life without kissing frustration in any stage of his life is a lesson for "professionals”. He is the person who can never get hurt by any worst situation of life. Serenity is natural state of his life which is effort less to him. Ultimately in single sentence its all about "things as they are and things as they ought to be". "Fountain head" conveys that “man’s ego is the fountain head of human progress” - a must read novel by Ayn Rand believed to be best of her novel collection.
